To improve my health i will start with all these 5 tips. Well i will start by eating a healthy diet, less junk food more healthy nutritious meals. I don't smoke so i don't worry about that. I have a somewhat healthy lifestyle except i need to exercise more. My body has a very high metabolism, so i would need to just eat a-lot more and ill probably gain a few pounds. The main one concerning me is the stress it is killing me i have stress over everything. The main part where i'm stressing at right now is school because finals are coming up and i hacve a-lot of pressure on me
